Why Estate Law Matters To You

It goes without saying that after you are gone, you wont be able to control anything, unless of course you planned for it.  Estate law and planning is how you can retain control and assert your will after you've left this life.  It sounds morbid, but ignoring the inevitable is a sure fire way to disaster and family strife.  Do it while your alive, aware, and cognizant and I will make sure the plan reflects your wishes.

How to Dress for Your Court Appearance

I always tell my clients you can't overdress for court.  It's considered respectful to dress like you would for church, or a wedding, or something important.  Because after all, it's IMPORTANT.  Some DO's and DONT's:
Do wear shoes do not wear sandals or flip flops
Do your hair and NEVER EVER wear a hat to court.
Ideally suit, or business casual.
